What changes when the stories, relationships and responsibilities of a place guide its design?
Eugene Kara, Jacob Scott and Graham Tipene join chair Cecelia Kumeroa for a conversation about Māori design in civic space.
Drawing on their work, they’ll explore how mātauranga and mana whenua involvement shape a project’s decisions, its built form and the way people experience it.
Together, they’ll ask what these spaces can give back to the communities they serve.
